"Warmth, happiness,
cooking with butter"
At 11 rue d'Enghien in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, this is where Amandine opened her very first restaurant in October 2019: Pouliche.
A nod to chef Le Prince who gave him this nickname during the Bocuse d'Or in 2012 and to rue d'Enghien which housed the former stables of the capital.

Here, we come to spend a warm moment, from Monday to Sunday noon. Alone, with two, three, four, ten... people around the playful, comforting and local cuisine of the chef and her second Martin. Respectful of soils and people, the wine list is also produced directly from French winegrowers by Jérémy, the general manager of the restaurant.
At Pouliche,
the whole team will meet you for beautiful appointments:
Every day a menu
Every day the chef offers her menu according to the arrivals of her producers.
Wednesday, 100% vegetarian
Every Wednesday, the restaurant offers a 100% vegetarian menu.
Sunday, Lazy Lunch
The precious Sundays and public holidays when we allow ourselves everything and we feel at home.
